Update about life: Entering Working Life as an Adult

Hi there!

I am back to update on my career progression so far! Firstly, let's recap of what I've learned as a Marketing Intern at Top Glove.

During my time as a marketing intern at Top Glove, I gained valuable hands-on experience and contributed to the company’s growth through several key initiatives:

1. Market Research Support:
- I played an active role in supporting the sales team by conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and assess customer needs. This helped the team stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- I assisted in the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting Top Glove’s products. As a result, the company successfully acquired over 100 loyal customers from diverse countries, expanding its global reach.

3. Data Analysis for Sales Improvement:
- Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and SAP, I analyzed customer data and sales trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations. My contributions to team members have helped drive a 120% increase in sales performance compared to the previous year.

4. Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- I collaborated with the team in preparing sales presentations and proposals for clients across various countries, including Germany, Russia, and South Korea. This cross-cultural experience enhanced my understanding of global markets and client needs.

5. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- I actively engaged with customers to address their inquiries and concerns, contributing to stronger customer relationships and improved brand loyalty. This hands-on experience helped me refine my communication skills and deepen my appreciation for customer-centric marketing.
